The video below explains how to use the Android (Version 1.15) application "Colebrook-White Friction Loss" by Oxcore Engineering. The video demonstrates how to perform a simple Colebrook-White calculation on a pipeline. The example is a crude oil pipeline, 1 mile in length.
Notice that the units can be changed from Imperical to Metric units. There is also a reference tab showing the most widely used piping materials and the associated roughness value. The program is suitable for all single phase homogeneous liquids.
